Green Phlegm

I had been told I have bronchitis and a sinus infection. For the past week and a half I have been blowing my nose and coughing up green phlegm. Although I feel much better almost 90% better I still have a slight headache on my upper left hand side of my frontal lobe? Front side of my brain and feels like it is connected to my left eye.

I was desperate of being sick and went to the doctor. Got prescribed Amoxicillin(sp) and took only one dose. After one dose I got diahreaha and my candida started to act up so I threw them away.

I have been taking organic echinecea plus tea and airborne capsules throughout the day. I hope this will get rid of it.

What do you recommend? Can I start working out on the treadmill - slow walking pace? What do the colors of phlegm mean?

Now my mother is sick. I have to take care of her as she is sick with her own problems. Can I get reinfected from her and if so how do I protect myself?
