I don't get this - how can this beta sitosterol be pharmaceutically produced and at the same time all-natural?

Anybody tried?

My issues are night time urination and falling hair. A bit of research led me to beta sitosterol. If it's natural, I want to give it a try.

I'd appreciate any insight.
