--answer--about NPN and vegetable broth.--

Hi WIEL,

Your question: Hi Mr moreless

So if I understand well, the only advantage of the vegetable broth over the raw veggies is for digestion problems, where the absence of fiber in the broth makes it easier to digest.

And I would also think that there is some chances that for the same amount of vegetable used, the broth will have a little less NPN?

Would the length of time used for making the broth be a factor? The less time, the less NPN in the broth, but yet a good amount of minerals in it?

Thanks

WIEL

Answer: The cooking may not get rid of NPN?

Cooking to make the broth may make the Minerals easier to digest for someone Lacking Good Digestion?

At the same time the cooking may destroy the enzymnes, but it may be the Minerals one may need the most of to rebuild ones Lack of needed Minerals?

The NPN may easily be in any of the liquids produced during cooking?

Pre-soaking the Vegetables after cutting them up in a peroxide water soak overnite may help remove some of the NPN?

Smile Tis your choice.
