I've got lots of experience with ACV Enemas. Yes, they are very good at removing Candida in the ascending, transverse, and descending colon.

I had to stop doing the ACV Enemas because I was getting lots of Candida that had specks of blood in it. I was thinking the ACV was causing the lining of my colon to bleed.

Did you see any blood spots mixed in with the Candida? How much ACV did you use? The most I've used is two tablespoons to 1 quart of water.
