Is there any published practice ( books ) that can be bought
for training Breathing methods ( pranayama, Buteyko method ) and how to imrpove this process with self-assesment of progress.
Why self-assesment?
I had in mind combining these breathing methods with nutritional support ( super food-sprouts, vegetable juices - Dr. Ann Wigmore, Dr Warburg, Schnnabl ).
So not just training recipes but practice from which you can get the impression of the experinece in practice.
