I'm going to use Chanca-Piedra all the time right now until I feel sure I have gotten all the stones out. And soon I will go on Clark's kidney cleanse. She recommends doing the cleanse several times a year, I think. So I will do a maintenance cleanng with Chanca-Piedra and Clark's, 2 times a year. Tara
