Isn't this the same guy who did 30 days eating only McDonalds food?
I'm not sure I agree with everything he promotes, but I did like his blog on his raw food trial. He says he didn't intend on eating raw past his 30 day trial, but after going back to his vegan diet for some time, he decided to go back to raw food because he felt better. He said it wasn't that he felt bad on his old diet - he just didn't feel as good as he did eating raw.
I'm not 100% raw but definitely working towards it. I just have so many questions about what really is best. Is it OK to eat meat? If so, how much? Is it safe to go without meat? If not, why not?
This whole nutrition thing is really confusing. :)
