Oh, Sara - I am so happy you like "Katie". She is an angel. She has been a guru for me for many, many years. She comes to Salt Lake City quite often, at least once a year. Even though she is now charging quite a bit of money for her "schools" and her "treatment center" she almost always offers a totally free (optional donation only) seminar wherever she goes.

She has many great videos on Utube and at thework.com where you can start to get a feel for her -which I think you have. You can also download a "worksheet" on her website and do the work yourself and it is so freeing and empowering. I also saw on her latest newsletter that she has a free "hotline" to do The Work. Her latest book "A Thousand Names for Joy" rocked my world like nothing else ever has. She has saved my marriage and helped to make me an outstanding mother (if I do say so myself).

Anyway, I thought she might be able to provide you some peace of mind (by helping you not identify with your fearful thoughts) since you are going through a difficult time. I love it that you "get her". I have found that she is not everyone's "cup of tea".
