cfs

hello,
i am 26 and was reading about chronic fatigue syndrome at a book suddenly i notice i have all aspects as vision problem with blurry mode in corner eyes for a few weeks . before i had this problem but it start to my headache and my vision again back true ..i thought its cause by migraine headache couse i had it when i was child but i always carry sore throut ( alil),confusion,low energy specialy at evenings during at nights.i should add i have high energy at morning,memory loss but in past i had best ,headache ...i should add i had migriane and i surgery eyes too 5 years ago(weak sight) .sometimes it come with Depression too. but i wonder i am not fat but i have all aspects of CFS.
can u plz help me or tell me what medecine i need?
