Oh yes, the senna and cascara in HumaCleanse DO NOT irritate me...and I should know, from my childhood experiences.

I should have known, too, from my experiences with Humaworm products. They are always gentle, and effective.

Besides, we can always stop taking them, should we notice symptoms we don't like, and take less later, when we wish to restart.
