I equally had the same after even being on ARVs the swells came back again.

I searched for a cure and found holistic treatment better which both my wife and I got treated and now negative.
I then used oxygen food to help the healing process for amonth.
What my was a bit different as it was water accumulating in the cheeks and were drained out.
