S/OPC, liver inflamed

Hiya

Any suggestions please.

My husband who has pancreatic cancer (taking S/OPC(1 month 19 days) curcumin,NAC, colostrum, pancreatic emezyes chaparrel and Pleo Sanuvis)Does coffee enemas each day.

\Has just found out that his liver is inflamed and irrated.
Has strong yellow wee)

Any suggestions what to take?
Could this be coming from cancer cells dieing?

Is having a CT scan next week to make sure no bile ducts are blocked.
