This is an ancient arab way to rid yourself of intestinal worms. I am sitting here right now eating the seeds that are ground with honey. A daily routine. I take one t. of the oil mixed with some raw honey before sleeping and one t. of honey mixed with seeds anytime in the day. It is delicious so it is a common treat.

If you buy the seeds, they need to be heated and the hotness taken out or it will burn your throat. Instructions are on this site.

If you have a very good quality oil from cold pressed black cumin seeds and not black caraway then it is up to you. The seeds you know exactly what is going in your stomach.
