Wow... Unyquity.... Re: Healing thoughts for consideration...Re: Mental/emotional/spiritual health-Consciousness in the quest for health
Yesterday after reading Vernal's post, I became contemplative. It was one of those moods where you want to go for a long, peaceful walk on the beach in order to commune with God. I even thought about moving to Corpus Christi just so I could have a beach to walk on for times such as these. In my imagination I did go for a walk on South Padre Island. :-)
It was one of those times when you think, "What do I really want to "DO" in life? What really matters? How can I pour out my life for others? What do I have to give?"
That's when I thought of "The 20 Keys to a Healthy Lifestyle." Of course, it's
Dr. Schulze 's 20 Common Sense steps. I looked for them online. Somebody HAD to have them posted, even though the book is hard to find (well, too expensive for jazz). I found them, created my own pretty little document to keep, and was going to post the steps on the forum this morning. I was thinking it was time to get them up here, so people could begin seeing that there was more to natural healing than just eating raw and cleansing. You know, to give a sense of direction and vision for where we're going.
Man, you talk about being on the same page!
Your answer to Vernal has me kinda blown away, girl. I love you.
