I agree with the not to pleasant taste as well. But the effects were noticable within a couple of days.

Pulling with the castor oil tightened up my teeth in a major way. Coconut oil had tightened them up some but the castor put them in place right snug.

Surprised and pleased me. I can use a smaller size floss now.
