--WIEL about Gout--

Hi WIEL,

As you have problems with Gout I thought it may help you to Better understand How Bad NPN can effect and Cause Gout?

For this I shall relate a story of a close friend of mine who had Gout problems for many years when I met him !

As he slowly listened to what I tried to explain to him as WHY he was having these Gout Attacks and was able to change his Diet and watch closely to his eating habits, he has been able to keep the Gout under control !

Even so he may have the Gout to flare up when he eats some Poor Quality Fruit or Vegetable that has NPN in it !

For the most part he has learned to Stop eating proteins before bedtime and this has helped him Greatly !

Just to show How Bad NPN can be and that it may come from the most unsuspecting foods: One day he was having a Gout attack and could not understand where it was comming from as he was watching his food intake very close !

As he shared his problem with me I asked what foods he was eating?

He said the only thing he had changed was he had bought some celery, but surely it could not have NPN?

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm?

I then shared How the Celery could have Lots of NPN if it was Poor Quality !

He does not have a refractometer so was not checking the Brix of the foods he was buying !

He later told me that when he would eat celery that his pet dog would generally eat some as well, but his dog did not want to eat any of this celery !

It was loaded with NPN !

So the moral of this True story is that NPN may come from foods we would not expect it to come from !

With the use of a Refractometer we may Know for sure if the foods we are eating have NPN in them and may be what is Causing our Sickness and Diseases !
