IMPORTANT: When doing a bowel cleanse, it's very beneficial to utilize a product like the IF#2 (that contains
Bentonite clay & activated charcoal. We are going to be disturbing, loosening and dislodging EXTREMELY acidic matter that's LADEN with decades worth of toxins/poisons. Herbal products to 'make you go' (or things like
Oxypowder ) do not address this issue. These loosened toxins do what anything in the bowel does...assimilate directly to the liver then into the bloodstream. It is not unusual to hear of people having liver/kidney "issues" when only addressing the 'make you go' portion of a cleanse or protocol. This can almost always be avoided by using a product like IF#2 along with the cathartic herbs, or at least adding
Bentonite clay and/or activated charcoal daily.

My immediate thought to that was... Doesn't
Oxypowder work along the same concept as Espsom Salt (ES) which is used in every single
Liver Flush recipe out there. If ES is safe and effective as a laxative, then why can
Oxypowder be? Upon 2nd thought... Let's not forget nobody does
Liver Flush everyday. Also, the primary purpose of ES in the
Liver Flush is to relax the bile ducts, the laxative effect comes 2nd.
The next question that prompted to my mind was if Oxypowder promotes 5-7 bms a day, do the loosened toxins even have a chance to be re-asorbed by the liver back into the bloodstream?
Moreover, thinking back 10yrs ago when I had my 1st herbal colon detox experience... There was no mucloid plaque, but I did have a massive, pasty "mud slide" that almost clogged the toilet. It was BLACK and stinks to high heavens and burns my eyes (ammonia type of burn). So, I thought maybe IF#2 works more gently, so you get the mucloid plaque intact in one piece. Whereas, Oxypowder (or the herbal detox I did) works more agressively (melts the mucloid plaque), so there's no visible piece of mucloid plaque intact. Also there's no need for the benitote/activated charcoal (and the bloatedness) to absorb toxins either when you're butt-peeing 5 to 7 times a day!
Unlike IF#1 and IF#2, Oxypowder is definitely not a product to use for an extented period of time (Can you imagine butt-peeing 5-7 times a day!). It's an agressive quick-fix. Yet, I thought that there is still a place for Oxypowder, esp. when colon irrigation is not feasible and when you have yet to achieve 3 natural bms daily (which could take yrs for some of us).
