Yes, I know you love soy and that is debated for a long time and highly respect your opinion but like so many others have stated, I feel soy is bad for you. My opinion will never change on that subject for sure But what you want to believe is up to you.

There are more that state it was a failure and no very few who ever said it was a success. If it was so wonderful, we would have a forum here, daa.

I think the main point of the article was that flax is not a problem for Breast Cancer survivors. So many are touting estrogen levels of flax and it being bad.
