dissecting folliculitis of the scalp

hi, i am new to this forum and just wanted to know if anyone else has this horrible thing, i have been living with this for 13 years now,and in that time have had many flare ups, this all started with some painful pusy lumps on my head, i went to gp and was told they were cystes, after many appoinments and a good few months my gp saip they would cut the cystes out so he made an appointment to cut them out,i went back to the gps and the cut about 3 of these so called cystes out, once i left and the anesthetic had worn off i was in agony, within the next few months the whole thing got much worse than it had ever been,i kept going back to gp who was still talking about cystes.eventually i took myself to a&e,and a couple of weeks later was told it is dissecting folliculitis, i have been taking roacutane for this with ok results until it returns, the last time i was at the hospital they arrange some expert who were at that hospital for the day to have a look at me, they said there was a infection in the scar tissue, and priscribed vancomycin i think it was and another drug, once i got to the pharmacy they said i couldnt have that drug as nothing was swabed,im wondering if its is folliculitis or mrsa where they cut me,and they are covering this up,
