Frank & new Vinal meditation

I posted a post here last night but it didn't take and I couldn't get back into curezone...

What did I say?

Just that that's GREAT you've got the book - it'll make your wavespell much deeper having all those details in the definitions...

And, although I AM a super fast typer - I just have to cut and paste those definitions and Wavespells together I've written out at least a paragraph of each of the 20 daykeepers over the last few months - so it's relatively quick! I still want to type out longer definitions for each one so that Google searchers will be able to read the great definitions that are in the Mayan Oracle!
