threelac contains FOS. FOS feeds candida. if you really have a candida infection FOS will make you worse. if you have not with loads of people with these systoms have not they really just hae too much bad bateria in their guts, then the threelac would help. i tried it for about 5 months did blog all for me!except make me really really ill--ps not die off!
