Re: Part 1-5 (Bladder Infection, Left Lower Ab and Back Pain)

Hi Uny,

Thx for your reply.  I feel a little better the last couple of days.  I tried my 1st coffee enema.  Not so successful though.  More on it in this thread...

Part 1: A little about me

*************************

>>>

"Two weeks ago, my acupuncturist put me on a bowel >cleanser with persisca & rhubard in it." I'm not familiar with this bowel combination - a quick search reveals >persica is a chinese herb, and I don't know if you mean plain rhubarb or turkey rhubarb.

<<<

Based on what I know, Persica treats blood stasis, endometriosis type of problems.  Not sure which rhubarb it is.  What are the differences?

>>>

"I think the cleanse might have overloaded my already low >functioning kidney." Have you had a kidney removed? and have just one? or is that a typo?

<<<

A little about me....  I’m 36.  Never had any surgery in my life.  Suffered upper back, neck and CTS pain, and bad ankle for ten years.  Basically, the RIGHT side of my body has been in pain for years.  Constipated ever since I was a kid (2 to 3 bms/week).  Did a herbal colon detox ten years ago; had a major diarrhea (it was black, burns my eyes and stinks to high heavens!).  Ever since then, 1bm daily for a good number of yrs, and slowly wore off to 4-6bms/week about 3yrs ago.

That's about the same time, the left side of my body started to catch up with me.  It started with some back pain (which I thought was due to overuse), then slowly progress to some dull pain little below my navel, all on the left side.  The pain comes and goes; doesn’t happen very often.  I kinda ignore it until 2yrs ago after a mild foot injuiry and everything started to go down hill.   Like most ppl,  I tried the main stream western medicine and got hit hard after a round of antibiotics and 3 mths of probiotics and supplement assault.  My previous symptoms exacerbated along with a whole new load of symptoms.....

It was then I  started juicing, avoid diary and gluten (oats, and rice only) and adopted a mostly raw ‘green’ diet.   I used the word ‘green’ very loosely.  I juice carrot with mixed neutral greens like celery, cucumber or lettuce twice daily.  I eat a variety of fruits (never juice) and 3 papayas per week.  No nuts, they make me constipated.  As for meat, I eat mostly seafood and chicken, next to none red meat.   I felt a little better couple mths into the new diet.  The constipation part has greatly improved.  (The juice kept me regular - 1 bm/day, very loose, maybe too loose).  I no longer get those super heavy, pro-longed, jelly period.  The flow has become very light (too light) and there were still little gelly dots in every period.  Other symptoms (cold extremities, insomnia, anemic, thinning hair, IBS, PMS,) remained.    I didn’t feel so well and was always bloated, plus I looked like a walking carrot stick (I couldn’t convert beta-carotene into Vit. A).  My ab and back pain didn’t go away, along with the old upper back pain, it was really stressful.

About 3 mths ago, came along a bunch of smoothie recipes and remedies.  I decided to give it a shot instead of juicing and salads.  I mixed a variety of fruits and raw vegetables including a lot of nasty bitter stuff.  I also read how beet can cure anemia, liver cirrhosis and dissolve tumors.  I started to up my beet intake from 1-3 per week to 1 daily.  I tried that for 1½  months.  My stool was always pasty; almost as if the smoothies had just passed right through, nothing was ever absorbed by the body.  Again, I didn’t feel so well, had two super heavy period back to back.  I became very anemia more so than before.   I dropped that diet and went back to the diet when I was relatively healthy.  All cooked veggies, variety of fruits, juicing citrus or watermelon only.  Some diary, eggs, seafood, white meat, still very little red meat and more junk foods and desserts.  Although, I noticed immediate improvement in the bloatedness, but I probably went a little too far with the dairy and the sweets which set the stage for my yeast/candida infection.

>>>

Hmmma "burning sensation" around the uterus area and sore spots in the left lower abdomen?  This is an area of the bowel that is very frequently VERY clogged & impacted. It sounds like you may have succeeded in loosening up some very old 'crud' and perhaps it was trying to pull away from the intestinal walls in that area.  Of course, not being you, I can't say that for sure, but that's the first thing I would assume it it were me.

<<<

You’re right, it’s probably not an UTI infection, or at least not anymore.  There was never any vaginal itch nor urinary discharge.  No burning during urination either.  I no longer see white fizzes nor white pointy stringy stuff (candida?) in my stool.  I do see a couple of very fine semi-opaque threads (much thinner and not pointy) in the stool; more like mini tapeworms?  My urine is finally clear.  So, I’m pretty much back to my old symptoms….

The burning to the left of bladder and the uterus are still there and the constant rumbling.  My left kidney still aches, comes and goes, just like the way before, maybe a little worse.  I think I have some inflammation going on in my colon.

I did an transvaginal ultrasound 1.5yrs ago.  It didn’t reveal anything, other than a water cysts on my left ovary (which btw is twice the size of the right one, not sure if that's normal).  I was scheduled for a colonoscopy and MRI, but gotten too weak and never actually went thru with neither.  I read that at advanced stage, diverticutis fissures can cause the intestines to stick to other organs.  I think there’s some kind of inflammation going on with my colon.

Part 2: Diet Guidance and Parasite Cleanse

******************************************

>>>

Our diets should be 75-80% raw, but never just 'mostly greens' (or "mostly" anything else - fruits, vegetables (of all types, not just green ones), nuts, seeds/legumes, and grains in their wholesome form (not flour) "wholesome" means 'capable of bearing life'...all whole grains should be soaked, sprouted or very low cooked.

<<<

I think with my poor digestive ‘fire’, it’s going to take some time to transition into the raw veggie, low cooked grain diet.  Salad is the worst offender, it always makes me bloated.  Apple, apple cider vinegar, anything apple are also really bad.

>>>

I feel you should do a full kidney cleanse , and due to the the 'little white fizzes & white strings' in the stool, you should do a full IF#1/IF#2 colon cleanse, with 3-5 cloves of garlic daily (as it's likely candida/yeast, and garlic is our MOST potent antifungal)...preferably one clove of garlic with each dose of IF#2.  You also need the garlic in case of a UTI/bladder infection (garlic is one of THE strongest 'antibiotics' known to man, and it does NOT kill our beneficial gut flora).   It wouldn't hurt to add some black-walnut hull tincture in with each dose of IF#2, as it's also a very effective antifungal.

<<<

Raw garlic?  I put 3 cloves of raw garlic in my oatmeal this morning.  I chopped them up and let them stood for a couple of minutes.  Wow, it burns!  Almost felt like a heart burn and lasted for half an hour.

Do you believe in zapping?  And, since we’re on the topic of zapping, Dr Clark’s domain, what do think about adding Wormwood and Common cloves to the mix.  I recall Dr Clark that all 3 must be used together.  Actually, here is the reference. http://www.curezone.com/cleanse/parasites/  Does Common Clove include garlic?

The anti-candida diet says no sugar, not even fruits except lemon, granny smith apple and some berries.  I've been taking a lot of watermelon (direutic) and oranges/grapefrutis (melts kidney stones).  They're good for the kidney, but counter-productive for yeast/candida infection?  Is that true?

How about raw honey? Raw royal jelly or raw Manuka honey?

***************************************

Part 3: OxyPowder, ES vs Bentonite Clay

***********************************

 >>>
IMPORTANT: When doing a bowel cleanse, it's very beneficial to utilize a product like the IF#2 (that contains bentonite clay & activated charcoal.  We are going to be disturbing, loosening and dislodging EXTREMELY acidic matter that's LADEN with decades worth of toxins/poisons.  Herbal products to 'make you go' (or things like oxypowder) do not address this issue.  These loosened toxins do what anything in the bowel does...assimilate directly to the liver then into the bloodstream.  It is not unusual to hear of people having liver/kidney "issues" when only addressing the 'make you go' portion of a cleanse or protocol.  This can almost always be avoided by using a product like IF#2 along with the cathartic herbs, or at least adding bentonite clay and/or activated charcoal daily.
<<<

I read that a lot of ppl get super bloated from the P&B shake.  I’m scare to take bentonite clay and/or activated charcoal?  I’m bloated as is, can’t imagine what it’d be like to be even more bloated.

As for oxypowder, doesn’t that work along the same concept as Epsom Salt.  If oxypowder is bad, then how about the use of ES with the liver flush?  Also, oxypowder promotes 5-7 bms a day, do the loosened toxins even have a chance to be re-asorbed by the liver back into the bloodstream?

Part 4: IF#1, IF#2, Kidney/Bladder Tonic

****************************************

>>>

Bowel cleansing first is something that we all should do, but if you haven't done it, then you can easily do it concurrent with the kidney protocol.  Thousands of terminally ill patients of Schulzes did that.

<<<

Is this kidney protocol same as the Dr. Schulze's 5-day Kidney Cleanse?  If yes, the Kidney Cleanse requires a 3-day liquid fast.  Can you still get 3bms daily with the liquid fast?  If not, how do you incorporate IF#2 which you're not suppose to start until you get get 3bms daily (with the help of IF#1)?

Also, are IF#1 and #2 okay for an burning, inflammed colon?  I have a very 'cold' stomach, poor digestive fire as the Chinese Herbal Medicine would say.  And, that's probably why I don't do well with raw greens, raw roots like carrot or beet (makes me cold and gives heavy period) because they tend to detox too quick.  My organs are very low functioning, esp for someone my age.  I look at the ingredients of IF#1, it contains aloe vera which I tried taking before.  It gives me runny stool and makes me feel cold.  Hm...  I see that it also contains ginger and cayene.  That'd help warm me up.   Here is a recap of all my symptoms:

Symptoms Summary:

================

-burning, achy lower left abdomen (rectum, bladder and uterus)

-lower back pain (mostly left kidney, left glute and spine)

-upper back pain, right neck, right CTS

-cold body (esp. cold feet) Hypothyroid

-indigestion (can't even convert carrot juice to Vit. A)

-very bloated all the time (can't eat salads nor apple anything)

-sluggish bowel movements and stool consistency varies a lot

-irregular period, irregular flow, and gelly

-medium sleep problem

-soft nails, mild dry skin, mild thinning hair

Part 5: IP Protocal

*******************

>>>

And lastly, this pH alkaline/acid issue.  The colon is lined with layers and layers of thick, rubbery ACIDIC mucoid plaque - every BITE of food and DROP of water we ingest soaks directly through that, and is taken to the liver/bloodstream.  The liver IMMEDIATELY neutralizes it a pH of 7.35 (which is the pH level of our bloodstream).  What comes out of us in a liver flush is HIGHLY acidic ...I believe we need to STOP obsessing & focusing on this issue......There's no need to be side-tracked (or obsessed) with this acid/alkaline balance thing.

<<<

My 1st bowel cleanse (10yrs ago) was black, stinks to high heavens and burns my eyes!  If I remember correctly, it was kinda ammonia-like, so I'm not sure if it was very acidic very alkaline though.  I also read that parasite releases a lot of ammonia, so there's really no sure way of telling what's going on based on the urine pH.

It  was such a relieve to put the pH meter away.  You mention that you don't treat disease allopathically.  Whatever the disease is, the IP is the same...

Step 1: bowel cleanse and parasite cleanse

Step 2: bowel cleanse and parasite cleanse and kidney cleanse

Step 3: liver flush

I'll email you regarding the herbs....

-thx a million!
