Questions on magnesium
For about 3 weeks now I have been taking magnesium taurate, mostly to sleep better and relax more. It's worked wonders so far! I've never taken any vitamins or minerals that have worked like magnesium before. I highly recommend it for anyone having trouble sleeping.
My questiion is, after taking minerals for awhile does the effect taper off. I find I'm still sleeping well but it's not the same as when I first started taking magnesium.
When I first started taking it I fell into a deep sleep almost instantaneously, now I fall asleep but it's not as quick and it's not as deep. It's still satisfying but I'm wondering if I should try another brand or just stick with what I'm using??
With that said, I can't say enough about being able to sleep again and wake up refreshed after almost 2 years of tossing & turning and barely sleeping at all, which I attribute to early stages of menopause.
Has anyone experienced this, or is it just me?
