I Need to Start Iodine - Please Give Advice..

Hello - I will not bore you with all my health problems I have been dealing with - my doctor (who is also now alternative) told me to start taking Lugols 25 mg.

However, after reading a lot of posts here trying to get some info, I see there are other Iodine companies.

I was reading about John Brookshire - went to the website and my god, $36 for a ONE OUNCE bottle? Isn't that a lot of money each month??? And if you are taking other supplements etc. ggeeeezz. It's Iodine not gold!

Where do most of you buy your iodine?
