Digestive issues with dog

Hi,
I have 3 dogs, all of which are on a raw meat diet and I follow Kymythy Schultze's guidelines when feeding. 2 of them are doing great, but my Border Collie mix still seems to have a more sensitive digestive system.

She was the longest on kibbled food, although it was always high quality food and she had a bad Tapeworm infestation when I got her from the pound at about 6 months old.

She will get more tummy upsets it seems with loose stools. I have used charcoal in the past to help her stabilize and clean her out and added probiotics, but I would like for her to have less problems with this.

Any words of wisdom and advise would be greatly appreaciated. Thank you!
