I have ordered Humaworm and  specifically asked to keep the senna out.  They have always sent exactly what I requested.  Taking Humaworm even with the senna should not send you screaming for the bathroom, but if you are indeed going to ask for the senna to not be included, then you have to make sure that you are doing something to keep those vowels moving.  Sometimes I just increase my take of magnesium for a few days, but you can always try something like Oxypowder or Colosan, but these will definitely give you some runny/running results.

I would not advice stopping  any parasite cleanse before you're finished unless there was some really dramatic reason for doing so.  There are always things you can do to detox die-off side effects and they don't last for very long anyway.  Remember the old survival of the fittest from school biology, well, you don't want to kill off the weak bugs first and leave the hefty ones to reproduce their offspring...then you have an even bigger infestation.  Yikes!
