Got a great smoothie for you.

1 cup of water
1 cup of spinach
1 banana
5 strawberries
1 T. of honey
1 T. of flax seeds ground up
1 T. of olive leaf ground up

Mix the lot and drink.

Lol, I know you don't like difficult ones.
