If you have diarrhea it is considered nausea. You need to cut back. Some have to take 2 drops for months before they can increase their dose. Most only take Miracle-Mineral-Supplement twice per day and some only once.

I say take as little as possible to fix the problem. If 5 drops once a day is working don't increase.
