My first liver flush!!!....amazing results!!!

Hi everyone,

I am new to the forums but just HAD to share my experience with my first liver flush.

I bought and read Andrea Moritzs Liver Flush book and then decided to give it a go as I have been suffering from candida/chronic fatigue and severe digestion problems for at least the last 15 years and nothing really had helped me. Conventional medicine gave me a clean bill of health of course...but I was very ill and knew I had to take action myself...or die ultimately.

Anyway!...I did my first flush 2 nights ago and yesterday morning at 8.00 passed my first 3 HUGE stones!!! The largest one was 5cm long!!! The other two were 3/4 cms long. I was totally amazed! As the morning continued, I continued to pass a total of around 20 large stones....true....followed by a sequence of the smaller pea green coloured stones. Even this morning I am still passing a few little tan coloured stones. I have pictures to upload so when I do, I will add the links so you can see for yourselves.

I dissected all of the stones. The larger ones were very mushy and soft (the first ones out) and the rest were firm, apart from the smallest pea green ones which mushed easily under pressure. You will see from the pics when I upload the colour and textures of the stones inside. I must say there was not putrid odours....from the larger ones, I have to say they smelt much of the juice/oil mixture?

The only discomforts I had doing the flush were of extreme fatigue and nausea after the oil mixture. But I managed to sleep. Yesterday after passing the most of the stones, I was extremely tired so stayed in bed most of the day (reading Andreas's book!). I slept very well last night. As yet, I cant report any noticeable improvements in health, but I think I am still in recovery. As per Andreas, I am going to do a coffee enema now, followed by a water enema, to try to make sure all stones are out. I also took Epsom Salts this morning as per his instructions. Unfortunately I do not have colonic irrigation where I live...in Spain.

So! One down and apparently a lot more to go! I will tell you of my husbands experience with his first flush later....not so good I'm afraid...no stones at all and a lot of migraine, sickness and pains in his shoulders, neck, back etc.

The pictures speak for themselves.....if these stones were in my liver............OMG! My poor liver!

I felt I wanted to share my experienc with you all and would love to hear your views. Ok...off for the enemas!
