It looks like you made up a 3.5% solution of sodium chlorite. If you used 2.5 ml of this and added 2.5 ml of 10% citric acid , let it activate for 10 minutes, then diluted that with 5 liters of water, your ending solution would be about 2.1 PPM free chlorine dioxide. At this concentration you should only have a very slight odor, and just a very slight tart taste. The solution will have a very pale yellow tint to it.
