I dont even think probiotic supplements work. They have never done a single thing for me and any positive effects I have got have only ever been transient. Is there any proof that these bacterias in probiotics can colonise a human gut which when expanded is apparantly the size of a football pitch? Some people have had more success with things like sauerkraut and kefir. I am going to try sauerkraut myself if I can tolerate it - I am not good with fermented stuff.
