Is It Possible Yeast Smells?

I dont have any external yeast overgrowth like thrush its all internal but everyone I know or come into contact with says they can smell yeast/a yeasty smell on me. My dad even asked me if it could be coming out of my skin. Is this possible? I cant smell anything myself and I am very clean. God this whole thing just goes from bad to worse! Now I really do feel like a freak.
