--Cold weather foods vs Hot weather foods--

Hi CRIO,

Your question: Thanks, Moreless, good info.

Regarding to seasonal fruits and veg, what do you recommend for now? I can only find local apples, our winter farmer's market has only carrots, potato.

Answer: Cold weather food may include Apples, pears, celery, turnips, rutabagas, winter squash, carrots, cabbage, broccoli, brussel sprouts, cauliflower, collards, kale, spinach, onions, beets, radish, pumpkins, all kinds of dried beans, and sweet potatoes are also good to eat in cold weather !

If the plants have matured in cold weather this may Cause the ratio of Sodium to be Higher to the Potassium than if the plants mature in Hot weather ! We need more Sodium to keep us warm in Cold weather and Less Potassium in ratio to the Sodium !

The same above foods if matured in Hot weather shall have a Greater ratio of Potassium to the Sodium !

In Hot weather we need Less Sodium in ratio to the Potassium to keep us Cool !

Tropical Fruits and plants grown and matured in Hot weather shall have more Potassium in ratio to the Sodium !

This is How God Designed it to Naturally be so !

Thus if we learn to eat In Season Top Quality foods we may Heal and or stay Healthier !

Of course any of these must be of Top Quality with a High Brix reading to be Healing for the body !

If they have been picked too Green they shall have NPN in them and add to a person's Sickness and Diseases !

Cause and Effect !

Smile Tis your choice.
