getting toxins out

years ago I used to do a deep fast/cleanse with colonics and Liver Flush every year with shorter cleanses between. for the last 8-10 years my system doesn't release. Now I am loaded up with toxin, quite ill and scared. 4 weeks ago I received an IV nutrient treatment which maybe has mobilized loads of toxins. I am very ill. I have been drinking 5 litres of water a day and my urine is clear and odorless. I am taking C, juicing, receiving Intregrated Manual Therapy (to help the body drain all of this) and a colon cleanser. Lots coming out in matter and water but doesn't feel like the toxins are leaving the body. I am very weak and can barely think. I have horrible ringing in my ears and saturday had a tooth abcess (IMT helped and that infection is no longer in tooth. Is it ok to get colonic even though I am so weak? Oh, yes, I cannot sweat anymore either except I wake up a little hot. I just heat up and nothing happens. I am feeling very scared, which makes me suspect the kidneys. Please help.
