Sounds like you've done your homework and are well prepared to conceive. The only thing I would consider removing is the dewormer. Pregnancy is a time of construction/building - not a time of cleansing. You have cleansed and prepared, so now focus on nutrition and building.
You didn't mention diet, but I assume from the supplements you are taking that it is in order too. Make sure that 50 to 80% of your diet is live and you should have a wonderful pregnancy.
As far as juicing goes, I would recommend fresh fruit juices in the morning and fresh vegetable juices later in the day. When you first get up and are breaking your fast (break-fast), fruit is the easiest to digest - if you experience any type of nausea, you may want to start the day with tea. You could also add some fresh wheatgrass juice in place of the chlorophyll.
