Sorry I forgot to answer the question about die off I had not had any before this last set of remedies I am taking now.

I decided to go faster on them and I have been killing stuff off alot quicker you have to be careful if it is a miasm you need to go slower if your dealing with a bacteria,virus or fungus you can go faster after the first bottle.

Anyway, the past week I have had some major die off and its not as bad now. BUT I want to get this done and move on to the next stage which for me will be the basic 4 which will be working on the bones then Thin Wall which I believe is intestines.
