I noticed that Iodine supplementation really affected my appetite. I have less of a problem of wanting to eat EVERY THING if I take B complex vitamins. I use to eat eggs almost every morning. My most major craving since taking Iodine has been eating peanut butter off a spoon (don't worry it's not the kind with hydrogenated oils). I find this strange because it's not something I ever did before. I rarely use to eat peanut butter and now I find a spoonful of it to be just heavenly!
