Liver Flushes change. Sometimes each one is different and sometimes they go through phases. Also, changing your diet can make a difference in results. So you have added in two variables and there is no way to tell which one is influencing your Liver-Flush results. I would suggest keeping your diet changes and going back and doing a Liver-Flush the way you used to do it when your were getting the 100-200 stones and see what the results are now with the new diet. If you get the 100-200 stones then you know mixing the ES first and drinking it does more for you than taking it in capsules. (It is just possible that it doesn't dissolve well in your stomach so you aren't getting as much into your system.) But if you get the fewer, larger, brown covered stones then you know your body is in a new phase of LF, possibly as a result of you dietary changes.
