what does not kill your good bacteria?

north did an experient once that showed that an emzyme product did not kill good bacteria, t diffucan nystatin pepperment oil where all ok , but waht else can we all take. i beinging to think this is all a matter of balance , there on point just killing off every thing you just end up feeling crap!!
