Re: Lupus and cures

Hi, I would like to know this also. I have a Beck zapper and have started to Zap... just a few days so far. I'm not going to start the full protocol for some time... slow and steady. I'll keep you posted on how it goes!

A major thing for Lupus in my experience is allergies. Get tested for food allergies . I was really ill with it and managed to turn it around by eliminating foods that I was allergic to. When I got into remission I felt so well that I ate those foods again and WHAM it flared up again...(took about 18 months to come back)

So now Im back on the elimination diet, juicing daily, avoiding stress, seeing an acupuncturist, herbal cleanses, zapping and the medications prescribed. (which dont actually work in isolation for me, I have to have the meds along with alternative.)

All of the above helps me and allows me to stay up right with enough energy to function. Without the above efforts I so ill that I can't function.

Lupus is a puzzle that can be solved or at least understood. It's hard work and it takes dedication to figure out your triggers as everyone is different. But it's worth it.

I'm focused on working my puzzle out for good!
