Re: Heart palpitations that wont go away
I don't know if this will help but it's worth a try. I use magnesium taurate. I recently saw this show, "Your Health" and a M.D. by the name of Carolyn Dean was on it talking about the benefits of magnesium. Just so you know, magnesium relaxes your muscles and one of the many things it does is help people with heart palpitation's. Supposedly 80% of people are deficient in it. You can get it through eating nuts & seeds (like sunflower and pumpkin)beans, green leafy vegetables. Or,get it from taking a pill. I do both. But I believe it's the pill form that is most beneficial.
The name of the company that makes them is Cardiovascular Research and you can get it on Amazon.com for a bout $23
This is probably the best pill I've ever taken. I feel the results almost immediately, without any side effects.
I take one approx. 1 hr. before I fall to sleep. I
fall into a deep sleep and feel completely relaxed.
Although I didn't have heart palpitation's a much as you I still had them every once in awhile.
Hope this works for you!
P.S. feel free to email me if you have any questions
