Hey Ali! and everyone...

Well I was in a sweatlodge last night.... it was a Southwest sweat with 7 rounds and the door only opening once! It was hot....... and so powerful to be in that womb-like space for such a special night. In the SW is dreaming(in the traditon that I work with)..... so the sweat had a lot to do with actualizing my dreams... and finding and living my path with heart.... it also has to do with the dreamtime, Katchinas, and learning to hold 3rd and 5th dimention at the same time....

Well...it was powerful stuff.... I had a lot of fear come up... that I am really starting to recognize and work with ... and I had a lot of my shadow exposed to me, as well as the ways I stay out of the present and distract myself...

On the light side.... it was so healing to sweat soooo much and be in that dreamlike space.... I am feeling a little nervous and shakey today...but I am more balanced, aware and determined than I have felt before..... Really setting my intent to break my old pain tapes, and patterns..and move into relaxation and focus, living my sacred dream......

I thought of all you guys this weekend... and put you in my prayers......
