Dizzy after Days . . .
I've been using the Infrared Sauna at my gym for about a month now (130-140 degrees), for 30-45 minutes.
Yesterday morning, I did 140 degrees for 45 minutes. By noon, I started feeling dizzy and terrible.
In the afternoon, I drank 3 glasses of Orange Juice, and consumed 10
oz of corn chips (for potassium & salt). I also took 1000mg calcium and 500 mg magnesium.
(I normally take the cal/mag supplement, but I'm not sure I eat enough potassium on a regular basis).
Today (noon), I still feel dizzy and woozy.
Could this be liberated toxins, or electrolyte imbalance?
Any suggestions?

PS: I should mention that about a week ago, I started using the sauna lying down. In that position, it seems like I sweat way more than sitting up.
