Re: Please help ! iodine in kelp causing anxeity

Hi Vernal. What a bad night. Did not sactually fall asleep till after 4. I did not know kelp alon is considered as a detox ?
And also did not know about not exceeding 500mg.of vit. C a day either. So contrarily to what Dr. Lam and Dr. Wilson say. But, I did talk to Dr. Lam back in November, I did do lots of adrenal support ( full force) for 2-3 months and did notice an 40% improvement, than I got the flu-cold and crashed big time. Than the suppliments back fired on me. Dr. Lam said I was overloading for my severe condition. He also said he's seen this quick improvment in the beginning and than followed by a crash. This is most common in the worst stage of adrenal exhaustion. So, I taperd off vitamins, everything and went with non for 2 weeks, than slowly incorporation and using different brand too, felt a alittle better.
Now, I'm just taking 500mg.of pantothenic acid a day.
1,000mg. Vit. C, 400 vit. E, calcium, magn. zinc, formula and just recently started back on 5-10 mg. of hydrocortisone a day and some adrenal cortex gland. by source naturals.
Come to think of it, I also took whey protein powder yesterday and remembered the other time I took it, I had anxiety ( if any connection) But, my blood Sugar levels were very low all day yesterday, do this stronly indicated lot cortisone in my body, as low cortisol=low blood Sugar and high cortisol=high blood sugar. Right?
Thanks, Vernal
