left renal kidney falior

I hope someone can help me I have had 4 surguries on my left Kidney, and although it is a little better it still causes me pain I can not lean on anything, no one can put arms around me I cant were anything around my waist. I realy want my kidney removed and I want to know the risk's my surgon has retired and I am going to see a new one next week I realy do not want to go through surgery and stints again I realy do not think any thing will work any more, I realy want it removed can I do this?
