someone please tell me..where is all the scientific proof?

I am probbaly one of the most naieve people you will ever meet.
I believe in Miracles...I believe there could be a miracle product. I believe that people have crapped out toilet fulls of parasites.
But if this stuff is so great, why can't I find even one scientific study to prove these claims?
Every new company that promotes new things get tests to prove them..they post them freely on their web sites.
I have to say, I have spent several hours searching for proof...even from one person, even here on this forum, that their lives got better and did not make them sicker. And I am still not totally convinced this stuff is so great.
Claiming 75,000 people got better is not enough for me to buy into it.
Does someone know...where is all the scientific evidence?
I don't get it.
