You want the zymex II to be digesting the WORM SKINS so I personally wouldn't take it at the same exact time with other products. I believe it is the most important one for the empty stomach requirement. It's only once a day for that, 8 days on, 7days off, 8 days on.
Overall on the deworming what I learned last year is not to stop too soon. I didn't see the big stuff until 4-5 months into it up till the 8th month. Haven't seen any other 'evidence' since then and that was August. Tweet
