Blue Night - Mayan Astrology - Akbal - Lucid Dreaming - OBE

This is for many people.

Many people on the Dream Forum have Blue Night (dreams exploration!) in their Galactic Signature:

Elly, you ARE a Blue Night (Blue Cosmic Night - Tone 13)AND your son...
KoronaKid (Jeff) is ALSO a Blue Night! (he's Blue Crystal Night - Tone 12) The difference between your two Signatures is in your Higher Selves. Elly's Higher Self is Blue Hand - and Jeff's Higher Self is Blue Eagle. You guys are going to have to look into this!
Rozan, you are a Blue Night and your Higher Self is Blue Night as well. (Blue Magnetic Night - Tone 1)
Anthony, your Compliment is Blue Night
Peachy, your Higher Self is Blue Night
My Hidden Helper is Blue Night
Starlight, your Hidden Helper is Blue Night
Flame, your Compliment is Blue Night
Fountain of Youth, your Hidden Helper is Blue Night
Both my cousins, Laura and Monica, your Hidden Helper in Blue Night. (we are all the first born and females of our respective families and we are all White Mirror's with Blue Night as our Hidden Helpers!)

...and that's it! I've checked everyone in my Curezone database!

So...for those of you who have Blue Night in your Galactic Signature this one's for you!

I am currently in a Blue Night year (as is obvious by the amazingly dark and mysterious dreams I've been having lately! exception: pink energy dream)

People that are either Yellow Star, Red Skywalker, White Mirror or Blue Night will have a Blue Night Year/Theme every few years or so.

Blue Night (Akbal in the mayan)

Qualities: abyss, mystery, serenity, sanctuary, peace, "looks-within" place, enclosing darkness, journey into self, stillness, dreamtime, dreamfield matrix, dream exploration.

Blue night is the dark mystery within, the journey into self, that place to which you can always retreat to garner the gifts of your process subjectively. You are being asked to enter into and explore your process subjectively. Blue Night is the immense field of potential found in the depths of human emotion and feeling. The touch of Blue Night is like the moment you crawl into bed and feel yourself surrounded by warmth, darkness and peace.

Blue Night's abyss holds the potent evolutionary playing field of all possibility. Here, as in the aboriginal dreamtime, there are no distinctions between then and now, real or imagined, dream or dreamer. In this expanded field, all things are not only possible but are constantly in the process of creation. In the framework of dreamtime, limiting constructs of "ordinary reality" such as time, space, and linear causality are freed into an expanded system, with unlimited access to ALL realities.

Dreamtime holds powerful opportunities. It is a field where potential, past, and future are held in the same matrix as the present moment. If such a construct is foreign to you, stretch your mind and entertain the possibility that you could help to dream a different reality into being. Enter into the mystery where reality is actually CREATED.

In becoming a conscious dreamer, you can assist in literally creating a new reality for yourself, as well as constributing to the larger dream that is emerging. By focusing on this creation, your thoughts and intentions are projected at superluminal speeds across the crystal grid network that encompasses universes. This energetic field seeds, supports, and empowers the creation of an unfolding reality.

At a certain point, when a critical threshold of energy has been focused on a clear intent such as world peace, the underlying constructs of reality shift and a new reality begins filtering into human experience. Make no mistake: great change is seeded by conscious dreamers (*that's US!) who understand and know that they are co-creating the larger dream.

Blue Night, knower of the night, keeper of the unconscious house, offers dreamtime as a lens for processing waking reality. Behind the doors of your dreams are powerful symbols of self (*hey Anthony - what about that latest 'door' you fell through!?), dancing in masks and metaphors. Blue Night asks you to explore the symbols in your dreams.

There are many systems for working with dream imagery, from Jungian dreamwork to shamanism. One simple way is to look at a dream as if YOU were each aspect of it. Enact or 'become' various parts of the dream in turn, bringing the unconscious material to conscious awareness. Writing, toning, dancing, and doodling can all help to integrate your unconscious dream images.

If you have difficulty remembering your dreams, a helpful procedure is to set an alarm clock for an hour earlier than your normal waking time. After the alarm rings, consciously go back to sleep, focusing on your dream process. Then, when you awaken, tape record or explore in a journal what you have received. Ask for guidance to be revealed in your dreams. Often the last image you receive offers a key metaphor that can guide you.

Dreaming is the nexus where your personal mythology and universal archetypal realities merge. Blue Night represents the sanctuary where the journey into self interfaces with the larger hologram. Within the larger dream we are now birthing, dimensional realities are shifting and blending. Perhaps you have believed that your dream life was separate from your waking life. As you work with your dreams, this belief may change dramatically. Don't be surprised if you begin to discover "leaky margins" between perceptually "separate" realities and much more "bleed-through" between your dreams and your conscious, waking state. Now realities are merging. In the emerging reality construct, you are literally dreaming both your personal myth and the greater "meta-myth" into existence.

A powerful way of gaining insight into the nature of reality is through Tibetan dream yoga, or lucid dreaming. This is the practice of focusing conscious awareness on the illusory nature of reality, becoming lucid in life. It can be experienced in either the waking or the dream state - primarily through realizing that life is ALL a dream. In the dream state, this may seem easier because you experience the illusion of ht dream as well as the freedom it offers. In lucid dreaming, you "apprehend" or recognize the dream while dreaming. This practice is the art of bringing your consciousness into the dream, purposefully altering it while learning about the transparent and illusory nature of reality. Through conscious dreaming, you are free to explore, create, and allow ALL realities.

Dream yoga is like sinking through the eye of a needle, threading your consciousness into different realities. As you become absorbed into the symbols and metaphors of the dream itself, you gain the gifts that each metaphor symbolically holds. Through such absorption, you are freed from attachments and the feeling of separation. You become one with truth. By freeing yourself from attachments, you discover your unobstructed nature.

The dreamtime matrix unfolds in waking reality as well as in sleep. All that you are and all that you hold, from issues and beliefs to hopes and dreams, shapes your personal dreamfield. From this field, you attract that which will bring about your completion and wholeness.

Blue Night invites you to bring the issues in your dreamfield out of the darkness and into conscious awareness (*this is what all of my dreams have been lately. Dungeon dream, Knocking on the ships hull door dream, latest Frog-dark-water dream). One example of such an issue might be unstated anger. If you hold unexpressed anger, someone in your immediate dreamfield will probably pick up that issue and mirror it for you so that you can observe and learn from it. This is hte nature of spiritual evolution: each part of the hologram reflects every other part, so that each can be observed and learned from. Bringing these hidden parts into conscious awareness gives you the opportunity to transform them.

Among other things, the dreamfield will bring to the surface your psychological polarities and core issues. These are the belief constructs you learn from society and experience, such as likes and dislikes, values and attitudes. You naturally attract the situation that promises integration, but through conditioning and habitual behaviour, you may choose to compensate, staying in a fixed pattern to protect your position. This choice will create only momentary relief, because the issues will keep being drawn back to be integrated. Thus, you may often find whatever is blocked or hidden manifesting into your consciousness through a dream, a body symptom, or a relationship. Often you may resist the new and the unknown. You may avoid going over your "growth edge", because it may be asking for a shift in your underlying belief structures. Yet profound growth is possible through working with this charged material. Through following it into the darkness, you bring into the dreamfield the light that will carry you to wholeness and fulfillment.

In working with the growth edge in your dreamfield, often it is important to catalyze enough energy to free the stuckness and fixed patterns. By following or amplifying the feeling, your increased awareness will lead to the root of the issue thas has been separated from consciousness. Hidden within the unused channels of your perception are clues to the mystery that will integrate and release the restrictive pattern.

Another face of Blue Night can be seen as the mystery of being contained in a human body. In Blue Night, you can begin to appreciate the gift of focus created by your form. Your body is truly a living temple, an energetic foundation for movement among all dimensional realities. In Blue Night, you can explore what it means to be fully human, utilizing all the latent capabilities of the human form.

A meditation for Blue Night is, "I am the darkness tha tis the light and the stillness that is the dancing." This meditation perfectly describes the paradoxical energy of Blue Night, the place of darkness from which all light emanates, the no-form abyss that contains all possibility. In finding this still point of Blue Night, you can access any expression of the light. The energy of Blue Night simply asks you to be still, to allow that expression to take shape from the darkness. From the darkness of Blue Night emerges the Essence Self. Sit in stillness, embracing the journey of insight and integration.

The number of Blue Night is Three, which is the vibration of rhythm. YOU are the sacred third. Within the sanctuary of self stirs the sacred vibration, the song of the trinity. From within the dark mystery comes the rhythm of the self. From the depths of stillness flows the current that carries you into the rhythm of this universal dream.

The colour of Blue Night is black, which represents the womb of the larger self, the receptive condition necessary to receive the light fully. Black is also an access route to the wisdom of the unconscious, the mystery of the abyss where you can tap into the collective dreamfield for insight and creative ideas. Blue Night also includes the shades of gray, symbolic of the merging of light with the darkness. If you wish to work with the energy of Blue Night, visualize black.

If you're in the Shadow of Blue Night:
One indication of the shadow of Blue Night is being lost in self, being too inward and subjective. Some experience this subjectivity as depression. Yet from this place you can learn to face and free your deepest fears. Instead of resisting this process, embrace it, garnering its wisdom. Go deep inside and discover the positive intent that is held in your experience. What is it trying to show you that you have not been willing to look at? If you can go through your 'stuckness', you can find unexpected insights and gifts in the apparent darkness.

A great opportunity for looking within can also be found in recognizing how you judge and evaluate yourself. Self-judgement impairs access toyour own intrinsic wisdom. Judgement of how you 'should' be affects your process. Perhaps your conditioned beliefs have become harsh tools of comparison and classification. To "be" is not a specific goal; being is simply the innocence that is regained through acceptance of self.

Freed from judgement and labels, your journey naturally opens to growth....
