Ok I will explain. Its called shankaprakshalana or laghoo. It is complete bowel flush. You will expel whatever substances in your intestines in a couple of hours. There are 2 version of this procedure: long and short. I have done the short version only. All that need is water and salt. Here is the procedure, I will give you links too:
In the morning prepare about 3 litres of saline water ( I mix one teaspoon per litre). The water should be warm. Drink 2 cups of water and do 5 special exercises... and again 1 or 2 cups and exercises. See this link I cant explain everything but if you have any questions ask : ) I have done this 3 times. >>

Don't be afraid to hear that you have to drink 3 litres of saline water. The water will NOT be absorbed because its saline. The perfect quantity of salt is 0.9% (isotonic solution ) because it's complete neutral. You can google "shankaprakshalana" for more detailed information. I will try it just after the flush. I did it 4 days after the last flush and i saw stones in the toilet ! ( the last flush was very powerful. I used lemons) And about the size of the stones. Yes I had even bigger stones. Good luck
