Re: Welcome, dear one
I have been reading endlessly, and I will watch that video. Thanks so much.
I searched everywhere in this forum about Kelp but did not see that many posts about dosage. If someone can give me a specific, I would really appreciate it. I saw that 100 mg if you are deficient for
Iodine is good, but I do not know if that also goes for Kelp. I know if you take too much you can go hyperthyroid...that is why I am asking.
I have had T3 and T4 tests...and they are both low.
I can seriously say I feel about 35% better in two days from taking around 90mg of the Kelp pills I have. I figure it is obviously a missing piece or I would not have felt that much better in such a short time. Especially since I read that it could take weeks to notice a difference.
It seriously felt like my pituitary was going to stop working, and I just got my mentrual period. It was insane.
I wonder if anyone else ever experienced that from being hypo and soo low in
Iodine they could feel their pituitary gland? It felt like I was going insane...but it felt like my pituitary was trying SOO hard to squeeze out hormones, and it could not...it was physically painful. Do I sound nuts?? :)
